These little green peppers have been popping up on appetizer menus all over town. I’ve seen them served roasted until blackened and sprinkled with sea salt. My favorite sushi restaurant is serving them and I can’t get enough. I think the last time we were there we had several orders. They are a little sweet and some have a surprisingly spicy kick. They’re bite size with a bang! The next time you see them on an appetizer list – order them!
